Gonna lower the weights a bit and start doing more sets and reps. I NEED to be more consistent when going to the gym, I go about 2 times a week atm. Which is terrible, won't do any good. I also need protein but I still haven't a clue what to do get.

I went twice last week. Only because of the bank holiday. I usually go 3-4 times.
Its not terrible. Going at least once is better than not going at all.

It is when I think about how unfit/skinny I am, I should be pushing 4-5 days at least. I think i'll defo do that once I find some protein. It's because I go in the morning aswell, like at 9AM so it's quite empty and not packed.

I go at 9pm. Its okay but the gym is small as fuck. Sometimes I have it all to myself.
The gym is being expanded though from now till September and with new equipment.

Yeah, it's just because I'm an awkward sleeper I don't get to sleep till sometimes 4am. So getting up at 8 and getting ready for gym is hard, so sometimes I just leave it.

I get very frustrated when i'm in the gym, because I can't straighten my right arm fully I can't work my chest with dumbbells or anything because of it and just genuinely struggle, I think that's what puts me off getting into a full routine and stuff.

I did the same injury (kinda) to my other elbow about 6 month, thankfully I managed to get full movement back in that.
