Well if I was basing the signing purely off FM screenshots, I would definately say no. I would take him for like £15M though
He appears to have a good work rate (according to FM lel)

Played well in the few games I saw him for Shakhtar. Not worth 22m, though. That's just extortion of the highest order.

Watched some videos of him on YouTube. He looks really good. Scored 25 goals in 39 appearances from midfield last season. Hope we sign him. Reckon he'd do well next to Coutinho.
£22 million does seem like quite a lot though.
